Along These Rivers: Poetry from Pittsburgh

937 Liberty Avenue

Saturday, June 7 : 3 pm
A commemorative book of poetry and photography, Along These Rivers blends words and imagery as 88 local artists capture the essence of Pittsburgh in honor of its 250th birthday. Edited by Judith R. Robinson and Michael Wurster, Along These Rivers features the work of some of Pittsburgh's finest poets and photographers in celebration of the city they call home.

"Along These Rivers is, in part, an expression of the poets' and photographers' love affair with Pittsburgh - its people, history, topography, traditions and unique ways," said Judith Robinson, editor. "There is homage to Pittsburgh, but the visionary contributors also take us along with them into worlds beyond."

Join contributing poets as they read their selections aloud at this free poetry reading, surrounded by photography from the book.
