Best known for his work with the Iron City Houserockers, the 1970s hard rock band from the 'Burgh that never quite got the break they deserved, Joe Grushecky hasn't stopped making music since he was a teenager. That was over thirty years ago, and now Grushecky has over ten albums under his belt and counts Bruce Springsteen as one of his closest friends. The two have collaborated a number of times, each time with tremendous results. Grushecky's raw brand of rock and his resonating lyrics have earned him critical acclaim, but never the mainstream success Springsteen found. Still, Grushecky continues to make honest rock music, never looking back, never stopping.
