The dancing daredevils of Attack Theatre bring their unique brand of performance to the Contained mobile exhibition galleries in The Heist. Dancers swing and dangle from the Contained galleries along Forbes Avenue in this gritty tale of a theft that rocks the art world - and gets you involved in the action. The Heist is a "traditional" Attack Theatre creation, balancing precariously on the edge of contemporary dance, interactive theater and narrative storytelling. This new work was created specially for debut at the 2008 Three Rivers Arts Festival.

Attack Theatre has been creating personal, accessible dance-based performances since 1994. The brainchild of husband-and-wife team Peter Kope and Michele de la Reza, Attack Theatre blends dance, music and multimedia to create passionate portrayals of everyday life. The company has performed across the United States and in France, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Turkey and Switzerland.
