Favorite memory: The Arts Festival seems to be serious about greening the festival! Hopefully other outdoor events in Pittsburgh will follow your awesome lead.
One suggestion though: Why isn't there a spot for environmentally savvy patrons like myself to fill up our own reusable water bottles? Heck, if you want to be water mongers about it, we'll pay for the chance to fill up with tap water (isn't that what you get in "pristine, spring originated" water bottles anyways?). The first and most important step in the three R's is REDUCE. Let's reduce the amount of plastic water bottles that are consumed at the arts festival (and A LOT of bottles of water are consumed on these hot summer days) by giving patrons the opportunity to fill up their own bottles. Keep us happy and hydrated, and we'll have an even better time at the Arts Festival.
