Great job this year. It would be great if there was more bike parking though ;)
I was very disappointed to learn that the festival had been cropped down by a full week this year. I'm on the mailing list and don't recall receiving anything that actually stated the shorter run and had counted on the final week because of other commitments.
As a result I wasn't able to attend at all this year. Very frustrating.
I'd like to see the Arts Festival upgrade the food element of the event so that the culinary arts are included. At first blush, it might seem silly to include fine food with art installations and performing arts exhibitions, but when you consider that visual art pieces co-exist with The Black Keys, the idea holds up. In addition, it is an opportunity to play up the strong downtown presence of the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, and the many locally-owned eateries in the area.
