This is part three of a series of posts introducing this year’s Emerging Artist Scholarship recipients. The following two artists, in addition to the artists previously mentioned, will be showcasing their work at the festival’s Artists Market.
Jason Woolslare
Painter Jason Woolslare brings ideas that are traditionally associated with the streets to the canvas. His combination of acrylic and spray paint often includes multiple overlapping layers and complex details that give an almost 3-D feeling.

Rhonda Libbey
Rhonda Libbey has been a professional illustrator in the sci-fi and fantasy community since 1996. Her work can be seen in games including Starship Troopers, Conan, Dungeons & Dragons and many more. Libbey started producing her work on her own as fine art in 2003, building and expanding on her sci-fi and fantasy themes, and will be selling original paintings and prints at the Festival.
